Vertical reciprocating conveyor systems provide quick, efficient, and safe access to mezzanines, overhangs, stockpiling racks, and various internal levels within multi-storey structures, making them ideal for vertical conveyors for multi-storey storage optimization across diverse facility types. They can be installed either indoors or outdoors, depending on site requirements.
Flexibility & Configuration
These conveyors offer high flexibility in access, allowing same-side, opposite-side, or 90-degree side entry and exit configurations. This adaptability makes our customized VRC solutions for warehouses and factories easy to engineer according to specific operational needs, whether for a compact mezzanine setup or a large-scale industrial facility.
Our Experience & Capabilities
Technovision Engineers Pvt. Ltd. brings extensive experience as a trusted VRC lift installer serving Pune and Maharashtra, with over 450 successful installations completed across India to date.
Over the years, we have solved a wide range of vertical material handling challenges by designing and manufacturing vertical reciprocating conveyor systems with high load capacity — ranging from 300 kg to 5,000 kg — and lifting heights from 2,000 mm to 30,000 mm.
As every application is unique, each VRC is custom-engineered to meet the specific industrial vertical lifting requirements of our clients, from Pune-based factories to large-scale distribution and manufacturing operations nationwide.
A Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor (VRC) is an electromechanical lift designed to safely transport materials and goods between different floor levels. Unlike passenger elevators, VRCs are purpose-built for industrial material handling, moving loads efficiently across mezzanines, multi-storey storage levels, and factory floors without the need for manual lifting.
A VRC material lift operates through a chain and sprocket mechanism driven by a gearbox and brake motor. The carriage moves vertically along H-beams and T-guides within a tubular outer structure. The entire unit is enclosed with perforated safety sheets, ensuring secure and reliable operation throughout each lift cycle.
VRCs are widely used in factories, warehouses, distribution centres, and manufacturing plants. They are ideal as vertical conveyors for multi-storey storage optimization, providing quick and safe access to mezzanines, overhangs, stockpiling racks, and internal levels within multi-storey structures, indoors or outdoors depending on site requirements.
Technovision offers customised VRC solutions for warehouses and factories with flexible entry and exit configurations — same-side, opposite-side, or 90-degree — making integration straightforward regardless of floor layout. Each system is custom-engineered to the client’s specific operational needs, from compact mezzanine setups to large-scale industrial facilities.
Technovision’s industrial goods lift systems support load capacities ranging from 300 kg to 5,000 kg and lifting heights from 2,000 mm to 30,000 mm. This wide range makes them suitable for diverse industrial vertical lifting requirements, from light-duty mezzanine lifts to heavy-duty multi-floor material handling systems.
Yes. Technovision Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 9001-2015 certified manufacturer, supplier, and exporter of industrial goods lift systems, VRCs, and related material handling equipment. Operating from Pune, Maharashtra, the company has completed over 450 successful installations across India.
Technovision manufactures a comprehensive range of industrial lift systems, including Industrial Lifts, Industrial Goods Lifts, Industrial Elevator Lifts, Industrial Material Lifts, Vertical Lifts, Mezzanine Lifts, Mezzanine Goods Lifts, and Material Lifts — all built to industry standards using quality raw materials and the latest technology.
A Mezzanine Goods Lift is a type of VRC specifically configured for mezzanine-level access within a facility. While the core mechanism is the same, mezzanine lifts are typically optimized for shorter lifting heights and tighter floor layouts. Technovision engineers both standard and mezzanine-specific VRC configurations depending on the application.
Engineering Excellence in Material Handling since 1998, delivering innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, safety, and performance across industries.
