Industrial Storage Racks Built Around Your Inventory

Storage is not just about space, it is about access, visibility, and flow. A well-designed rack system keeps the right components at the right place, reduces handling time, and supports a cleaner, more efficient operation. Our industrial storage racks are designed with exactly that in mind.

We supply both heavy-duty and light-duty configurations, customised to the weight and dimensions of the components they carry. Whether you need racks for raw material storage, work-in-progress staging, finished goods, or shop floor assembly line feeding, we engineer each system to fit the application.

Our Range of Storage Racks

1. Heavy Duty Storage Racks

Designed for high-load applications where structural integrity is non-negotiable. Built from robust mild steel to handle bulk materials, heavy components, and demanding warehouse environments reliably, shift after shift.

2. Light Duty Storage Racks

For lighter components, finished goods, or parts storage where volume and organisation matter more than raw load capacity. Available in compact configurations suited to assembly lines, toolrooms, and smaller storage areas.

3. Warehouse Racks with Roller Track

Available with an integrated roller track (placons) fitted into the rack bay. Components or cartons are loaded from the back and roll forward automatically on gravity, ensuring first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory movement. Plastic wheels are inserted into the rail and can be adjusted to suit different carton or tray sizes.

4. Custom Storage Racks

Every rack we build can be customised for bay size, load capacity, tier height, and frame dimensions, designed around your components and your floor layout, not a standard product specification.

Key Features

  • Heavy-duty and light-duty configurations available
  • Customisable to component weight, size, and access requirements
  • Roller track integration available for FIFO material flow
  • Compatible with Technovision’s pipe and joint system for modular expansion
  • Built from quality mild steel at competitive prices

Industries We Serve

Our storage racks are used across automotive and auto ancillary manufacturing, pharmaceutical, electronics, FMCG, food processing, and general warehousing and logistics operations.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of storage racks does Technovision supply?

We manufacture heavy-duty storage racks, light-duty storage racks, and warehouse racks with integrated roller track (FIFO flow racks). All configurations are available with custom dimensions and load specifications.

Yes. We design every rack system around the weight, dimensions, and handling method of the components it will carry. Share your requirements, and we will specify accordingly.

A roller track storage rack integrates placons (roller tracks) within the bay, allowing components or cartons to slide forward on gravity as stock is consumed, a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system. The plastic rollers can be adjusted on the rail to suit different tray or carton sizes.

All racks are designed and manufactured at our facility in Pune, Maharashtra, and supplied to industries across India.

What Are Metal Pipe Joints?

Metal pipe joint clamps are the connectors that hold modular pipe and joint structures together, racks, trolleys, workstations, flow systems, and more. The right joint determines the strength, stability, and longevity of the entire structure. Our joints are precision-manufactured to ensure a secure, consistent fit across every configuration.

Our Range of Metal Joints

1. ED Coated Metal Joints

Electro-deposition (ED) coated joints offer a uniform, corrosion-resistant finish that performs reliably in industrial environments. The ED coating process ensures complete coverage, including recessed areas, making these joints well-suited for demanding factory and warehouse conditions.

2. Zinc Coated Metal Joints

Zinc-coated clamps provide strong corrosion resistance through a galvanised surface treatment. A practical, durable choice for a wide range of modular pipe and joint applications, from production trolleys to storage racks and assembly tables.

Both coating types are compatible with our GOBLIN PIPES (ERW1-IS 3074 grade) and available across a full range of joint configurations, including straight, angled, T-type, and multi-directional connectors.

Key Features

  • Precision-manufactured for consistent, secure assembly
  • ED and zinc coatings for long-term corrosion resistance
  • Compatible with standard pipe and joint system components
  • No welding required, simple tool-free or minimal-tool assembly
  • Available in a wide range of joint types and angles

Applications

Our metal joints are used in the assembly of production trolleys, FIFO racks, kitting stations, assembly tables, storage shelving, kanban boards, and any modular structure built using a pipe and joint system, across automotive, electronics, pharmaceutical, food processing, and general manufacturing environments.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between ED-coated and zinc-coated joints?

ED (electro-deposition) coated joints have a uniform coating applied through an electrochemical process, offering excellent coverage and corrosion resistance. Zinc-coated joints are galvanised for durability and are a reliable, cost-effective option for most industrial applications. Our team can advise on the best choice for your environment.

Yes. Our metal pipe joint clamps are designed for use with GOBLIN PIPES and standard ERW1-IS 3074 grade pipes. They are compatible with the full range of structures built using our pipe and joint system.

We supply a wide range of joint types, including straight, T-type, angled, cross, and multi-directional configurations. Contact our team with your structural requirement, and we will specify the appropriate joints.

All metal joints are manufactured at our facility in Pune, Maharashtra, and supplied to customers across India.
