What is VRC?

Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors (VRCs) are electromechanical lifts designed to safely transport materials and goods between different floor levels. They are widely used in factories, warehouses, multi-tier mezzanines, and industrial facilities, making them essential VRC material lift solutions for distribution centers and manufacturing plants worldwide.
The movement of the carriage is driven by a gearbox and brake motor, operating through a robust chain and sprocket mechanism. The system is supported by H-beams, T-guides, and a tubular outer structure, fully enclosed with perforated safety sheets to ensure secure and reliable operation.

Vertical reciprocating conveyor systems provide quick, efficient, and safe access to mezzanines, overhangs, stockpiling racks, and various internal levels within multi-storey structures, making them ideal for vertical conveyors for multi-storey storage optimization across diverse facility types. They can be installed either indoors or outdoors, depending on site requirements.

Flexibility & Configuration
These conveyors offer high flexibility in access, allowing same-side, opposite-side, or 90-degree side entry and exit configurations.
