Position Summary

-Provide installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair services for the company’s products at customer sites. Ensure timely support, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

–Installation & Commissioning – Install and commission Equipment/ machines at customer premises as per company standard.

–Preventive and Breakdown maintenance Perform routine preventive maintenance and attend to breakdown calls promptly.

–Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively, minimizing downtime.

–Customer Training Conduct training sessions for customers on operation and maintenance of equipment.

–Documentation and Reporting Prepare service reports, maintain service logs, and submit documentation as required.

–Spare Parts Management Coordinate for spare parts requirements to ensure timely services delivery.

–Feedback and improvement Collect customer feedback and provide insights for product /service improvement.

–Safety Compliance Follow all safety guidelines during on site activities.
