Position Title: Service Manager

Location: Chikali Pune
Reporting To: Head of Service Dept/ CEO
General Profile:
Should Have Knowledge of Machine/Automation/Control Panel Operation. Should be ready to
Travel Pan India. Able to Lead and Guide them and also handle Service Calls
Roles and Responsibilities:
. Get input on Installations and Commissiong Completion of Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor
(Goods Lift) VRC
. Plan Service Schedules
. Allocate resources to carryout service schedules
. Be Proactive and Converse with Customer for Preventive and a daily Maintenance
. Prepare an Exhaustive Daily Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance for all Products to be
reviewed Every six months
. Ensure Trainings to Users with Clear Documentation
. Workout Annual Maintenance (AMC) Proposals
. Arrange to send the AMC details at customers and get their confirmation
. Plan AMC Schedules and execute them
. Keep Proper Record machine/Equipment Wise for all Installations
. Attend Customer Service Calls and arrange for Solutions
. Coordinate with Customer Support Team for timely closure of all Service Calls
. Present the Status of Customer complaints on monthly basis
. Coordinate with Stake holders -Design/Purchase/Production/Quality for issue resolutions and

. Monitor Change management and Ensure implementation If Required
. Reduce the Customer Complaints by working on Root Cause and Correction analysis
. Set up and Manage Control Room concept for Service Calls
Key Skills & Competencies
Good communication and coordination skills.
Customer-oriented approach with attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Basic understanding of sales processes and order management.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Qualification / skills Requirement
Education: Diploma /Degree Electrical / Electronic Engineering (or relevant field).
Experience: 10– 12 years of relevant experience in service/maintenance. Preferably in
Machine/Material Handling Equipment Industry
BE/Diploma Preferably in Electrical Engineering
Technical Skills : Knowledge of [specific machinery/product], troubleshooting, and preventive
maintenance.
Soft Skills : Good communication skills, customer orientation, problem-solving ability.
Other: Willingness to travel extensively to customer locations.
