Qualification: B.E in Electrical
Experience: BE Electrical with 4-5 Years in Installation of Material Handling Equipments,Vertical Lifts
Job Location: Pune

Roles and Responsibilities
-Should Have Knowledge of Process of Installation,Hand Over and Commissioning.
-Shall be responsible to Coordinate with Agencies and ensure Smooth Hand over.
-To know the Contractor Team in Advance.
-To ensure he has all documents -Layouts features, Site Criticality , Site Readiness Report etc before starting the Site.
-Should know the Time plan and Fill out the tracker.
-Mobilise Team and Complete Site Documentation.
-To instruct the Contractor on the First day about the site, Time line,Working Hours, Lunch area etc .
-To have safety Oath and Check on PPE and Condition on all Days.
-Plan Targets that Contractor has to Complete on daily basis.
-Review The Work on Daily basis and Plan for Next Day.
-Share the Tracker to Client.
-Note down all Issues and Inform the Client Representative.
-Visualise Next Three days Working and Ensure all Snag Points are Cleared
-Get an agreement with the Client on Working Hours ,Lunch Time ,Reporting Time etc.
-Meet The Client on daily Basis and Apprise him the Status.
-List down all Resources That Client should provide and indicate to Client well in advance with Dates .
-List down all Resources that TEPL to Provide and plan to get them with Concerned Personnel well in Time
-Prepare Daily Site Report.
-Broadcast Status of the Site Everyday in Group.
-Highlight Daily on Tracker for any delay occurred and share it to Client and TEPL Team.
-All Discussions with Client should happen with Ref to Tracker and GA drg/Technical Sheet.
-To abide by all the safety Rules listed by the Client.
-Allow The Contractor To work independently and follow the instillation Manual and Sequence.
-Respect the Contractors Expertise .
-Ensure all Expenses are Recorded.
-Ensure you are aware of the Budget.
-Inform well in advance and get Approval for Out of Budget Costs.
-Complete the Site Expenses Report and Share Soft copy and submit hard Copy to Accounts..
-Settle site expenses within a week.
-Fill in Your Travel Request for Advance etc.
-To Ensure that Optimisation of Work is Planned.
-To Look for appropriate Place of Stay and save Costs.
-To take proper load trail, conduct training & Handover related all documents to the customer..
