Position Offered: Electrical Engineer

Qualification: B.E /Diploma in Electrical

Experience: 1-2 Year

Roles and Responsibilities

-Electrical Panel design

-Create and build modular selectable BOM for electrical and automation system.

-Create and design Electrical interfacing drawings of international safety standards.

-Create and read logic and flow diagrams for program design, programming, simulation, testing and start up.

-Specify, design and build modular selectable programs to be installed on the equipment.

-Ensure designed software is associated with compatible communication ports supporting IOT interface.

-System monitoring, debugging and troubleshooting operational problems.

-Select and configure other automation devices such as VFDs, Servo systems, Stepper motor controls for automation/control.

-Modify existing programs from customer requirements.

-Participate in customer complaint analysis and resolution.

-Provide technical support in developing and improving processes.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities-:

-Strong knowledge of interfacing analog systems, strain gauge load cell and third part interface.

-Sound knowledge of different communication protocols and IOT proficiency.

-Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred

-Experience reading and modifying electrical control schematics.

-Knowledge of safety protocols.

-Knowledge of Servo motion control systems.

-Knowledge of mechanical and pneumatics systems.

-Ability to generate problem solutions, serve as an advisor, develop operating procedures, and influence other employee’s work to some extent.
