Position Title: Asst. Manager/ Manager- Project Planning & Control

Department: Project Planning

Location: Chikhali, Pune

Reporting To:  CEO / Director


Position Summary:

The Project Planning Asst. Manager / Manager is responsible for effectively planning and monitoring Project Schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, Customers to ensure timely execution of project and its Installation and Commissioning


Roles and Responsibilities:

· Role requires to coordinate with Internal Stake holders for Project Execution.

· Coordinate on regular basis with customers regarding dispatch date and its clearance.

· Understand the Project and Procurement Process and Follow the Loading Plan.

· To prepare Status Reports of Despatch and Installtion Product wise and broadcast weekly basis.

· Coordinate with all stake holders viz; Purchase, Production, Design, Sales for timely dispatches.

·   Coordinate with Customer For dispatch clearances and Site Readiness.

·   Coordinate with Installation Team, Sales and Customers for timely Installation and Handover of the Project. Monitor Installation Progress and report/Communicate with Customers

·   Prepare MIS report on the Project delays and action Thereof.

·   Review Weekly and Update Status on Pending Customer Orders.

·   Has Knowledge about fabrication and Assembly Process.

 ·  Work on Throughput Time of every Process and derive Steps to Optimize time lines.

·  Preparation of Dashboards on Manufacturing, Installation, Product data for Senior Management Review.

·   Attend Kick off Meetings and Coordinate to derive Delivery Time Lines.

·   Plan Installation of Product in Coordination with Installation Team.

·   Communicate with Customer on Installation Requirements, Documents, Site Readiness.

·   Update The Customer and Plant on Progress of Installation and work on ERP for Installation Database.


Required Qualifications & Skills

Qualification/ Skills Requirement
EducationBE / Diploma
Experience6-7 years of relevant experience in Project Planning and Control at Engg/ Projects Organization.

Skills & Competencies

·  Strong knowledge of planning, procurement, and project processes.

·  Ability to prepare and follow SOPs.

·  Proficiency in preparing reports and documentation.

·  Teamwork and cross-departmental coordination skills.

·  Ability to adhere to defined processes and maintain discipline.

·  Able to effectively Communicate with Customers and Internal Stake holders
