Position Title: Service & After Sales Coordinator

Location: Chikali, Pune
Reporting To: Manager
Position Summary:
The Service & After Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Service team by managing Service & After Sales operations, coordinating with internal departments, preparing quotations and documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the organization.
Rules and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Service person along Team with Service Reports for order processing, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain Service & after sales-related documents such as quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments to ensure timely order execution.
- Maintain customer records, Service visit data (AMC / PM / Breakdown reports), and MIS reports in Excel or ERP systems.
- Track Service visit & after sales performance, pending orders, and payment follow-ups.
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Support team during, reviews, and management meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Service procedures.

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Technical Back ground & Basic understanding of Service amd after sales processes and order management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with attention to detail.
3.Required Qualifications & Skills

| Education | Bachelor’s Degree / BBA/ Equivalent / Electronic or Electrical preferred |
| Experience | 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in material Handling Equipment’s. |
| Soft Skills | Good communication skills, customer orientation, problem-solving ability. |
| Other | Experience in manufacturing / engineering industry will be an added advantage. |
