Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor (VRC) Export

Technovision bagged a Export Order to Design, Supply Installation of One VRC Ground +1 Floor of 4 M height to M/s Mjengo Ltd Nairobi, Kenya This was the first Independent Export Order executed by Team Technovision. The Despatch was done on schedule. Our Team with the support of Mjengo installed the Lift at their Warehouse and commissioned the Lift An exhaustive Training was imparted on the usage and maintenance of the Lift. Team Mjengo appreciated our efforts and the Product VRC.

Pipe and Joints – Export

Pipe and Joints as a component forms the Concept of Lean Manufacturing. Technovision is India’s leading Manufacturer of Pipe and Joints We recently received a direct order for supply of Coated Pipes, Clamps, and HDPE Sheets from M/s Alstom Kazakhstan We executed the order in record time of 20 days. The Shipment was successfully done and order executed to the Complete Satisfaction of our Export Client M/s Alstom Kazakhstan.

Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor Manufacturing

Technovision forayed into manufacturing of Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor way back in 2014 and have more than 300 Installations in India and Overseas In 2021 and during the 2nd Wave of Covid in India we were given a challenge of Supplying around 32 no’s VRC in a pan of 2.5 Months. Again, the Team rose to the occasion and with all Safety Measures, Improvising the Supply Chain, Manufacturing Processes and Team Coordination we have produced 16 Nos VRC in July which is the Highest Production in a Month A feather in the cap to Team Technovision

Export of Telescopic Conveyor and Dock ramp

Technovision’s foray into Conveyors is from year 2014. Team technovision has Designed Conveyors for loading of bags/Boxes into Trucks a Truck loading Conveyor, Roller Conveyors for Assembly operation for a Automobile Plant and Auto Ancillary plant in Pune. This conveyor was with Automation to meet the needs of the operation.

Technovision is well know name in Hydraulic Equipment Manufacturing viz. Goods Lift, Scissor Lift, Dock Leveller, Dock Ramp, Dock Edge.

We have Installations Pan India for the above Products.

We were approached by a Leading Machine Equipment Exporter for supply of

20ft Telescopic Conveyor
10T Dock Ramp

We worked on the application and other requirements of the Client. Both the above Equipment was customised to the Client application and requirement and manufactured in record time of 30 days.

Both the Equipment was shipped as FBU. We supported the Client with following for ease of Installation and Commissioning at their end

Design Innovation - VRC

We had Received Orders for Supply of our Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor (VRC) to a Prestigious ECOM entity. There was Challenge in this order and the Team made a site Visit, which was a running site and it was observed that there would two Major Challenges

Material Movement from Dock to Location for on our Sub Assembly which was High Dimension than the Regular Ones
We take Support of Struss /Scaffolding to erect Frames and in this case, both were not feasible.

The Design, Manufacturing and installation Team brainstormed and came up with the following solution and this was the First Time being Implemented and a Feather in Cap of Technovision

For material Movement we used the modular Concept of Manufacturing for the affected Sub Assembly
We implemented a Self-Gantry Concept of installing the Frames which did not require a external Support
